• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing materials or tools developed by Piranha Network Solutions.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project.
• Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may result in timeline adjustments.

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may result in extra charges and extended deadlines.

• Upon termination, fees for completed work up to the date of termination are due immediately.
