We are currently looking for a committed Meta Ads Specialist, specializing in Facebook and Instagram, to join our Marketing team at Legal Soft. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Meta ads manager, Meta ad library, and Meta best practices. Previous experience managing a monthly ad spend of $50,000 is required. This role plays a crucial part in elevating our online marketing strategies to new heights.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

As the Paid Advertising Specialist, your primary responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform. It is crucial to understand the business goals in order to strategize ad campaigns effectively and build proper lead funnels (TOF, MOF, and BOF) to meet objectives. Staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and new features is essential to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Execution:

Your role also involves organizing and setting up ad campaigns, ensuring that the targeting, creative, and messaging align with the company’s brand and goals. A/B testing creatives, copy, and audience segments is necessary to identify top-performing strategies.

Analysis & Reporting:

Monitoring campaign performance daily to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met is a critical aspect of this role. Producing regular reports that detail campaign performance, insights, and recommendations is essential. Providing insights on ad spend return on investment (ROI) and continuously refining strategies to maximize budget efficiency is also part of your responsibilities.

Collaboration:

Collaborating closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages is key to success in this role. Engaging with the sales and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with broader company campaigns and promotions is also important for achieving overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

– Three years of experience with Meta advertising platforms.
– Proficiency in platform analytics and ad management tools.
