We are currently seeking an experienced LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at Legal Soft. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LinkedIn Campaign Manager and be well-versed in the best practices for advertising on the platform. This position necessitates prior experience in managing a monthly ad spend of $20,000. The role is crucial in enhancing our online marketing strategies and driving lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
– Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using the LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
– Strategize ad campaigns based on business objectives and create effective lead funnels to achieve goals.
– Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new features to take advantage of opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Execution:
– Set up and manage ad campaigns, ensuring that targeting, creative content, and messaging align with the company’s brand and objectives.
– Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify the most effective strategies.
– Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Analysis & Reporting:
– Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
– Produce regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
– Analyze return on investment (ROI) for ad spend and adjust strategies to enhance budget efficiency.
Collaboration:
– Coordinate advertising efforts with sales and marketing teams to align with broader company campaigns and promotions.
– Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
– Proficient in platform analytics and ad management tools
