The Email Campaign Manager will oversee all facets of email marketing, from developing strategies and planning campaigns to executing them, segmenting lists, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing performance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in email marketing, exceptional analytical abilities, and a dedication to achieving impactful results.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation and revenue growth.

Campaign Planning:

Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive engagement.

List Segmentation:

Utilize demographic and behavioral data to segment email lists, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with recipients.

Content Creation:

Craft compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates that encourage clicks and conversions.

A/B Testing:

Conduct thorough A/B tests on subject lines, email content, design elements, and send times to optimize campaign performance and achieve maximum results.

Automation:

Implement and oversee email automation workflows, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, and re-engagement efforts, to nurture leads and boost conversions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Over 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles, specializing in campaign planning and execution.
– Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot, as well as marketing automation tools.
– Strong copywriting and editing skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and compelling email content that boosts engagement and conversions.
– Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email design best practices is a bonus.

This position requires a candidate with a solid educational background and extensive experience in email marketing. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical skills, creative abilities, and analytical thinking to drive successful email marketing campaigns. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams are essential for this role. Experience with HTML/CSS and email design best practices would be advantageous
